Understanding change is a natural process, a persons progress depends on their ability to evaluate new ideas, welcoming change rather than staying within their comfort zone.
1. Attitude ?
Are you ready to change your habits, as this impacts your attitude.
2. Action ?
No pain no gain, or is this your resistance to change because now you have to do more.
3. Acceptance ?
Our fears can be a worst enemy, what will people think of you. Tradition prejudice and
apathy are the enemy of accepting change.
