A new understanding of the process of disease formation is now being better understood through a vast body of new scientific literature that has emerged over the past few years. Until now, the main approach to health was to take antioxidants or vitamins in order to prevent various diseases, or to use various drugs and therapies to treat diseases after being diagnosed.

But recent developments in stem cell research point to a totally new means of maintaining health that consists in supporting the stem cell-based process of cellular renewal. Bovine Colostrum is the early milk produced by cows up 72 hours after the calf's birth. This "early" milk has a nutrient profile and immunological composition substantially different from "mature" milk as it helps the newborn develop in its first week of life.

Many times I have wondered how I can have a great life, you can have money and lots of friends but how good is it really if your body wears out before the use by date. I have been learning more about health in the past couple of years with a change in the direction of my business and life. Conditioning Yourself for Success

I heard a story of a young boy that was doing badly at school. The school was able to invest in computers and from that day on this young boy improved dramatically in all areas of his education, when asked how did he do it he said that his computer calls him Malcolm but his friends called him "Stupid"
I have been writing my blog for some years now and without repeating myself I see so many people just going down life's path with their dreams buried or pushed into the background. The worst thing about that is they don't even know any better, a conditioning thing I guess, I wonder how many times they might have been told they were stupid or that they would not amount to anything more than..... or they would end up in jail or they where just a mean child, finally they could never do anything good. Yes it is the words we speak that are very powerful and to a child we give their direction and instructions with those words. On average by the time a child is an adult they are told up to 17000 times what they are going to be, are we careful on what we are instructing our children to be?
With our future in our hands it is now your chance to change that direction. How do you talk to yourself, are you conditioning yourself to succeed when opportunity comes your way, what are the words that ring in your ear, is it positive, I hope so. You are responsible for your thinking which will get you what you desire and deserve.

The Learning Curve

Like many people I have shared interesting situations and been very happy to learn from others. I am where I am from the choices I have made, some good and some not so good but through all these years I am happy to say I have no regrets, yes I could have done it better but without failing how can you measure success. How do you know when you are really having a great day unless you have experienced a not so good day. It is not the situation you are in it how you deal with the experience. Children learn constantly then something starts to happen as they grow older, as a juvenile they know it all, then comes a period of awakening, it sometimes takes many years but finally you get to know that you don't know all that much and finally you get to the stage when you know that you know that you do not know anything of any great significance. An old saying "a Jack of all trades and a master of none"
My message is simple, enjoy the fact that you have the rest of your life to have some fantastic experiences and search for them, you can design your future with a plan. Some may say but ..........
Yes a BUTT is what you sit on, so get off it and have a great life, become the master of your destiny whatever that direction is.

Changing Peoples Mindset

Sir Richard Branson and Al Gore have offered millions to clean up the mess we are in BUT commercial interests are the players and how much time have we got to waste while our environment continues to be polluted. Here is a way individuals, you and I and the company's we work for or run, can do our part, you may not use this product, that is OK but do something to change that, send this article and links to your friends, do your investigation but for my buck I am passionate about the product on my transport Blogsite, I know it works and how much good it can do, I am in boots and all. A famous gentleman once said, "I was so impressed with the product that I bought the company."
I have always wondered how people react to situations. Now if I was to post an article that would ask for a hand out I might get some result and or some donations for my time but if I am prepared to invest effort and teaching that could bring some benefit to the environment plus generate a financial return, then that is questionable or commercial.
Bottom line, my first step is, am looking for 10,000 people to change the way they look at using fossil fuels. Then in that exchange someone has to buy something so that a change can happen, now out of the exchange there are clear winners,

No2 the Consumer,
No3 the Promoter.
What comes first is what is most IMPORTANT because all the money in the world can't do anything if we don't have a world to enjoy.

Who Likes Change

It is incredible how time just evaporates but I am back, that is if you would like more. As part of my commitment to my blog readers I would like to maintain this blog with new posts as many times as possible, although my past posts are things I have learnt on my journey thus far and could benefit anyone if they are prepared to take it and do something with it. Yes "Change" this year is the year of big changes, some welcomed and some not, have we got the power to stop change? Well it like time itself, it will happen. The answer is what you do with the change, how do you create more out of change to gain momentum. A great little saying goes like this "Build momentum by accumulating small successes" So now to look at change from a different prospective what success can you develop from the change.

It is now is up to you because you and only you know what it is you want, use change to your advantage develop a whole new momentum and pile on as many successes as you can. As you continue on your journey some will be still see change as a liability not an asset and they will become more caught up in asking "WHY ME" instead of "WHY NOT"

As humans we have a choice;

Knowledge of the task at hand, information and solid support is vital to success of any project, it must be worth your investment in time and resources. The sure fire formula for success is a DREAM + OPPORTUNITY + EFFORT= SUCCESS but this is in general terms, lets break it down into achievable chunks.
Starting with the GOAL. Unless you attach an emotional link to your goal it would be always vulnerable to the winds of change, that is the minute you set off on any goal tests seem to start happening, this could be the form of negative information or negative people, financial struggles, health challenges with yourself or family or with your team members. Remember goals are just stepping stones to your dream, so let's not get all protective about dreams as the biggest entrepreneurs are the biggest dreamers and the way to see those dreams come true is to continue achieving goals set to a time frame with a action plan that moves towards that dream.
With the goal set in concrete without interference from any source, only then can the journey begin. Staying focused but not blind to real issues is a balance that not many people can achieve as it will take strong vision and persistence to break down barriers that will take you into uncharted waters. I call these barriers, membranes of growth, they can be vital in supporting the concept but restrictive in fast development and expansion, you can stretch them a little allowing you to go so far and at the same time holding you back from the next great leap in developing the future. Applying pressure to break through is vital and when you do move on, the process can give you many rewards like satisfaction and experience. So pressure can be good provided it is not stress, working under pressure develops performance but stress can fracture and destroy.

Extraordinary

To be beyond what is ordinary, to be exceptional, unusual; remarkable. All these qualities can describe someone's decision to go beyond average, it is acceptable to be average because you are in the majority otherwise there would not be an "average" but is that acceptable to you? People that I see as extraordinary have invested a little extra than the average and with constant and persistent effort they have risen to levels of success that all people admire. They started the same as everyone out there, except for CHOICE.
We are the designers of our future, so have faith in your design, with commitment to your vision protect yourself from situations that challenge everything you set out to accomplish, DO THE EXTRA. Have you ever noticed that when you are excited by a concept or project the stumbling blocks seem to appear from nowhere, suddenly something so simple becomes caught up what can go wrong not what can go right.
You are in battle mode now, unless you generate the extra that propels you into another space you could stay bogged down with unnecessary time wasting issues that in time will gain strength to bring you down to average.

Butterfly Story

There are times when you need to share, This is one of those times.

One day, a small opening appeared in a cocoon; a man sat and watched for the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole.
Then, it seems to stop making any progress.
It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could not go any further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly: he took a pair of scissors and opened the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily.
But it had a withered body, it was tiny and shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would open, enlarge and expand, to be able to support the butterfly’s body, and become firm.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a withered body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and his goodwill did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening, were nature’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings, so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes, struggles are exactly what we need in our life.
If we were allowed to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we could have been. Never been able to fly.
I asked for Strength...
and I was given difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for Wisdom...
and I was given problems to solve.
I asked for prosperity...
and I was given a brain and brawn to work.
I asked for Courage…..
and I was given obstacles to overcome.
I asked for Love...
and I was given troubled people to help
I asked for Favors...
And I was given Opportunities.
“I received nothing I wanted...
But I received everything I needed."

Diversification

Diversify is to vary (investments), to extend one's activities especially in business, over more than one field. The ability to have Multiple Incomes is a very sound concept in today's changing world for many reasons. Unfortunately for some, that only go down one path in life, can be exposed to financial hardship and at worst have no choices with their investments if things don't go to plan.

1. Job Security, is that an issue?
2. Unexpected Family expenses.
3. Educational Expenses.
4. Inability to work due to illness or injury.
5. Changing costs of interest rates.
6. Inflation.

Just one of these challenges is enough to create difficult financial choices let alone two or three at the same time. Recently due to natural disasters, which were out of anyone's control, whole communities and the people that live within them, lives have been wrecked along with their homes, their workplace and now forced to rebuild or move on to make a fresh start somewhere.
Would it be fair to say that you find that most people spend their income on their home, car and general family expenses and have little over for anything else? What about retirement, who said you had to be sixty five, you can retire when you can afford too. What would you be prepared to do to change your situation?

1. Change your lifestyle (spend less)
2. Change your job for a better incomes. ( What could be the trade off in time)
3. Borrow some money and go invest it in shares. ( where do you get the right advice)
4. Buy a bricks and mortar business and work even harder. (Retail, Services, more time)

Opportunity, Take It or Leave it

The opportunity part of the formula to success hinges on the ability to translate information rather than rejecting everything as not in your area of expertise. Knowledge is the key to growth and growth requires more knowledge. The internet is increasing our knowledge base at an incredible pace and will until the next generation of global communications is developed.
Information transfer is how ideas are developed, as we translate knowledge it into subjects that we store, something sparks a What if question and then the process begins. That is what we do, some make it happen, some watch it happen and others say what happened, the one's that make it happen are the people with vision. We tend to put them on a pedestal and wish that we had thought of it first but they only saw the same information but viewed it with a different perspective.
"I am only a ............" Or "I am a ..........." Labeling ourselves and sitting on the shelf for 40 hours a week for 45 years or until the use by date is reached can be the danger, for some it is going to be their stumbling block to developing opportunities, if that is the case what it comes down to is they simply have accepted their lot in life and even with a gold mine in the back yard, it would be too much trouble to go buy a shovel.
That is fine if that is what you may want but if you don't, then what? Go back to school, I bet that would be is exciting for a while but who pays the bills if you have a mortgage, funds the expenses for the family or your current lifestyle and how can you develop something that you love dearly, some spare time. Yes to improve your lifestyle you do have to give up to get up.
So what else is out there? Plenty of great opportunities in different styles of business or work, what is the cost in time, Would you like to have leverage to gain back time because this can be the difference between a good opportunity and a truly great opportunity. Everyone has their own opinion because of self interest. Look hard at all the different options, because it is worth it when you take action and get out there to grab a fistful of your dreams.
This is my way of sharing my opinion without the self interest, by writing this blog I hope that you do something, anything that can get you your goals and dreams. To obtain Financial Freedom most people miss the mark when they start out. Here is a simple formula that will work to start you on your way Goal + Opportunity + Effort = Success
This the foundation of every successful entrepreneur I have shared information with, it is so simple but effective. I may go over these points in different posts because like a wheel the spokes are the strength that support the weight of the vehicle from the road to the axle. The larger the weight the more spokes you need, so with this in mind the larger the goal the stronger and more disciplined you must be. Let's apply this to the Effort part of this formula.
1. Do the work
2. Work out what is successful and stop what is not.
3. Disciplines in time management with balance always a priority.
4. Duplicate successful people by finding a mentor that will share and encourage your vision.
5. Systems work, so work out a system by following one or developing one that suits you.
6. Be yourself, like any gem add value by polishing all your facets by Personal Development.
7. Reward yourself only when your effort is consistent with your timetable.
8. Be persistent, it's your goal.
9. Ethics are always valued and admired, so work in this area, you can never be too humble.
10. Your efforts are valuable when invested in others, give of yourself first.

Visualization is a vital part of your Master Plan, seeing it will give you those things that are most precious to you, by using our extra sense of visualization all you want and don't want can become reality. How do thoughts become real? I believe with a channeled focus and action all thoughts can become real objects or circumstances. A simple example in the material sense is the building you live in, let's say it is a house. The events that occurred to have that house built started as a thought, the developer had a plan to make money from this thought, he gave his concept to project manager who then transferred the thought of the proposed dwelling to an architect that put the thought onto paper in the way of a drawing and plans. The next step was from the plans came the finished item that you call home. In the process the thought had passed through many minds, A Thought then ACTION plus a written Plan is the only process the house was completed to become reality. Are you following your life's plan? OR is you life constructed by other people's plan for you.
As you entertain various thoughts, they can be of things you don't want and here any thought can become an expectation. Unfortunately the way the world is today we are feed information of a less than optimistic nature, check any headlines in the news. We have been programmed to have a less than positive attitude about the future because good news does not sell as good as bad news. So now we are in danger of entertaining attitudes that generate fear, an acronym for fear is False Expectations Appearing Real. How many times does that little voice in your head tell you that you are kidding yourself, that it could never become real for you, that you would only fail if you attempted it. Coupled with the chorus of other voices from well meaning friends and relatives that want to protect you from disappointment?????
So be careful of your thoughts as they can herald your future.

THE WHY

To understand "SUCCESS "it is imperative to understand what it is that success will give you, without knowing what it is that drives you makes it all just a wish. I hear many wishes, what the extra money can do and most times it is the material things people wish for first; they may start with the new car, the new boat, holidays , for the extravagant big diamond ring, just stuff in general and that is all fine BUT to wish for something, is it enough? Will it drive you to the dreams and goals that every day occupations don't seem to get you. I have never ever seen anyone become wealthy on a average to medium salary, and even if you made it to the top position in the corporate jungle what would the time aspect be like?
Success is more than just money, it's Balance. this will help you with some exercises that develop your thinking process and the way you go about Success.
Let's start by writing down a list, on one side what you want and on the other side what you don't want. This can make some interesting reading if you are absolutely honest with yourself. Then from the general list of wants and don't wants write your MASTER LIST. This can be the your turning point if you understand what you have done, think a little about it, you have now got the raw plan for your future, more work has to be invested by you and that will come in my next posts but for now let's clean up the list. Get real about your resources and the investment required in all areas such as time, focus and discipline. Your master list had better be what you mean to make happen or it all just reverts back to a wish. If you then go over each item on your list and prioritize each Want or Don't Want, then put a date of completion next to each. Rewrite the list in date order and revise the importance relevant to each item and get real, emotionally. You have just poured out your hearts dreams on paper, which makes it more than just a thought, if you can't get emotional about it your wasting your time. It's got to be so important that you would be devastated if you failed to make it happen in your lifetime. This can relate to all areas of your life, not just business.
This is your life my friend respect it and value it because you have only one. Remember we are working on the WHY the How comes later, let's get the horse before the carriage, so many times we want the answer before we really know the why. It is like going on a diet after triple by-pass surgery, a bit late! On the outside you may find people that are happy, that have it all, OR Do they ? Just ask them. Would they do it different if they had it over again. We have one chance at this thing called life how well do you trade your time? Usually it is metered out at dollars per hour, do we respect or value our time? Or do we just follow like sheep the status quo, are you making compromises that this is your lot in life and now just having to accept it. So now it is your choice, be the walking dead or design you life. The wonderful thing about people is that they can change.
No matter where you might be now, resolve to embark on the journey of self-improvement in all areas of your life, including your health. It's the one greatest & most exciting journeys you will ever take. Personal Development is just as important as the capitol that a business requires to expand, without capitol it can be frustrating and dangerous to move forward, so it is without the leadership skills that come from personal development that can also frustrate your desire to move forward, reading good success stories from those people that not only tell you but show you. Nothing works in theory until it is proven in action. So when taking advice always listen to successful people that have triumphed over failure " Success is a poor teacher" only by failing do you learn the lesson. The most successful people that I have had the pleasure of sharing time with have failed the most but today they have financial freedom, time free and enjoy helping others to obtain the same.

You can work for an hourly wage for 40 hours per week for 45 years and you can get all hi tech and jump into cyberspace to find your fortune, but some things remain constant, everyone on this planet does every day of their lives no matter what the financial rollercoaster of life does, that is we all use home consumable products and services. BROKERS represent the company, they establish a client and maintain that client. They develop very good passive incomes and once the work is done takes little maintenance for good CASH FLOW . With this model in mind lets talk about a great business program.
A group of people looking for products and services that develop passive incomes rather than a business that is looking for people to sell their products for their profit.
Now we have virtual business structures, in a recent book by Robert Kiyosaki, he commented on "invisible skyscrapers rising from the suburbs" originally he had no time or understanding of the benefits and leverage a home based business has, with knowledge we can see true benefits in passive income streams that can develop financial freedom.

Value The Program On Offer

I like to post weekly at least, if you would like more let me know but for today I hope this will give a little bit of inspiration that will open your mind to what you can achieve. No doubt, we try to convince ourselves we are getting somewhere in the journey of life, is it in line with your grand plans? My question is, to date did you have to
COMPROMISE ?
Is the current situation inline with the real vision you had for your future?
If it's not quite what you set out to do, did circumstances change your course?
I was guilty of saying to my family "next year will be better" until I was running out of years.
There are many theories justifying situations, the reality is we are responsible for our goals, we can decide if we want to control the level of our circumstance.
So here is a little story about a young boy that watched all the kids in the neighborhood ride around on new shiny bikes, so he went to his mum and asked why he didn't he have one too. He was told he could have one but he would have to pay for it as they where a poor family and could not afford the price. Immediately he decided if that is what he wanted then it was up to him, odd jobs, selling papers, nothing was to difficult for him, even singing at functions, just for that little bit more towards his dream. It took what must have felt like forever but finally the day came and he went out and bought his new bike. THIS is the beginning of the story.
Everyday he rode his bike to school, had the chain and padlock so it wouldn't be stolen. He would be often seen cleaning and polishing it, and if he got caught in the rain he would wipe it down. In the rest of the neighborhoods all the kids bikes where lying around and when it rained and they where told to put their bike away they just stayed out there to rust but not this young boy's bike was tucked away nice and clean and dry. His bike was always shiny and sparkled and all the kids admired it so much. After a couple of months the kids in the neighborhood couldn't understand how this poor kid had such a great looking bike and their bikes where rusty, dented and dull.
The parents that paid for new bikes again where setting their kids up with a value problem, they could afford to replace the rusty dull, dirty, dented bikes but did the kids have RESPECT for what they had? Did they understand the VALUE of what they had be trusted with? How would they grow up and treat people, possessions and relationships?

WE can do the same with opportunities when they are presented to us, how much would we VALUE an extra $2750 to $5000 dollars a month, would it change a few things around the home or give us less stress at the end of the month when there is more month left than there is money and things get drastic so then we reach for the plastic. How much would we RESPECT a true opportunity that profit shares fairly and enhances peoples lives globally.

If you are thinking of setting up any business your first steps are the difference to success or failure, understanding what you want from the investment, how much effort and time is required and the security or lifespan of the venture, once you have established this concept then you would need to rally your resources and take all the variables into account, risk, exposure to debt, cash flow, tax laws. After taking advice from reputable people, that is people that have succeeded in similar ventures, then and only then make a decision, borrow or offer other investors the opportunity to back your business plan for a share of the proposed profits, probably in 2 to 5 years, MAYBE????? Now that is how simple it is start your down the road bricks and mortar business. That is a real business because you have everything to lose, your money , your home , your family, so with this over their head people feel that they are IN BUSINESS.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS in any business ! It is ALL up to you.

Compare the risk associated to a good home based business. Over the next few posts I would like to expand to this area of business, where you buy a membership into the global system of direct sales for the price of a meal out for four at a good restaurant, PART TIME building a business network locally as well as participating in a global seamless network now operating in ten countries. Members from all these countries profit share and can generate incomes that are banked into their accounts in their country and currency, paying tax in their country. So now you have to invest the effort, starting part time with people prepared to support you by investing their in time and money to help you succeed.

Resources to Build a GREAT home based business.

1. There is no doubt that people that are approached to build home based businesses have no idea what to do, I have spent some time searching the web for articles and information on people and their experiences with this style of business. I have come across a lot of hate sites aimed at questionable practices citing one business in particular and some websites that warn about scams and illegal operators, bottom line all unfortunately are cynical and found that their was hardly any credible balance in the information. Anyone visiting these sites would find it hard to step out and give any opportunity a go. I assume that the people that started these sites did so out of anger and frustration, justified in some cases but now they make good incomes from their sites (maybe) and that could be their reason to keep the rage going, but to assume could make an ASS of U & ME, so I won't go down that road.
The result is people regurgitate incidents in some cases up to 10 years ago. Give me a break, they probably don't want to admit that they lacked the ability to look in the mirror and say would I follow me? Yes that is the hardest question to ask yourself, because leaders are not born, leaders rise from the ashes of hard times, anyone can lead in easy times. If you are a good student then you can become a great leader. This style of business works on a duplication process and grows according to the quality not quantity of new members.
There are 3 types of leaders
1. A Reluctant Leader. ( I just got this job what do I do)
2. A Positional Leader. (When the going gets tuff the weak get out of here)
3. A Visionary Leader. ( When the going gets tuff the Tuff get it GOING)
Under pressure comes the gem and people have many facets that need polishing, are you big enough to admit it? Or is your ego larger than your ability to understand.
Now we get to learning THE HOW TO.
The cost of personal development. For some this will test you, if you have bad experiences or someone has warned you that tapes and functions will fry your brain that you will grow two heads with eyes in the back as well, you will become a zombie with no brain to make your own mind up, then I cannot help you. You have already been brain washed . Why do major companies send their employees to coaching and motivational conferences? Maybe they are prepared to invest in their staff so they may improve. WHY not invest in yourself and don't complain about the cost, didn't you think you are worth more money, this is called value adding. If your employer sees value in you for their goals, you are encouraged to do more with the promise that they are prepared to pay you more, so back to school or university chasing the extra letters behind the name. Does this mean you are value added or just more educated because the world is full of educated derelicts, (no disrespect) for whatever the reason highly educated people work as gardeners and laborers, some are so over qualified they cannot find employment or they are burnt out by the years study or the weight of responsibility, that they opted for a different lifestyle.
Does a job give you security? Well how secure do you feel now in your current occupation, as an example would you feel comfortable buying a home and committing yourself to paying it off for the next 25 years to 30 years? Will you be in the same job at the end. The stats don't lie, check it out, it will shock you that during the average working life most people could experience 5 job changes in their lifetime.
Let's finish this post with some more stats, excluding Franchise type but going into a bricks and mortar style general business, you would be better going to a casino and playing two-up (Aussie gambling game played with two coins) heads or tails 50-50 chance of winning or losing. Again the stats indicate that after 5 years 85% of new start up businesses are no longer operating or bankrupt, from the 15% more will fail and the remaining businesses that grow and flourish continue to pay a high price in time and effort, increasing their investment to stay on top. For some the result has had devastating circumstances with personal loss, homes sold, even marriages collapse from the stress of losing everything. The dream was right, but was the vehicle the right choice?

WHAT IS THE RISK
In a quality home based business you risk NOTHING compared to a bricks and mortar business that has staff, rents, fixtures, stock, etc. Never give up on yourself, you will never fail. If you see value in reading, listening and mixing with successful people then you will accelerate your progress . With positive influence, encouragement and coaching your hope of better things will be brighter than ever and achievable. Invest to progress, are you worth it?
Time and peace of mind are the goals we looked for out of this investment, we wanted the success financially and personally to get our life back, we are still on that journey, this is not about us, ask the question, What can it do for me ? That's who really counts in this post. WE are happy to teach you the way from thinking to doing to succeeding.

So if you are prepared to get out of your comfort zone and develop incomes that can give you choices, could you be excited? Do what you want, when you want, wouldn't that be great?

I have been around networking for about fourteen years and I am still finding out how little I know about it, the power it can have to grow and change peoples lives, how much people fear it because they have been programmed from an early age or even recently that those things don't work. In my previous posts I touched subjects starting with acceptance, attitude, lack of vision, to just being lazy. All neatly packaged in the form of excuses raging from the inventive to the ridiculous.
From a general position I am bias to the business that I have been with for those fourteen years for several reasons, based on the success I have experienced. Like life, it has not been a bed of roses and it has been a journey with disappointments as well but isn't that what life is all about "The Journey".
So now what does one do, the last thing I want is try to convince you about what you should do and what you want to do. This is about what is out there, it is about knowledge, opportunity, your desire, your persistence and commitment, all based on the solid foundation of your most treasured emotional goal in life. This is it!
Your REASON to do that extra that makes you different from the rest. Ordinary people become EXTRAORDINARY because they won't settle for anything less than their dream, they are the winners that we admire, it could be a Michael Jordan or in business a Bill Gates, do you have a picture in your mind of a person that you admire for their achievements, what is the difference between that person and you? Now all the justifications pour out , I am not saying this to get in your face, it's all about understanding the difference. My question is "WHY NOT YOU?" what would you be prepared to invest in resources like time etc and would you be prepared to make it happen no matter what challenge. This has been the key to our success, with IQ you may have the mental ability but it is EQ that drives people way past all the barriers that life will confront them with, "E "standing for EMOTIONAL.

Your family, Their education, Your lifestyle being not just a living, is it security in retirement and who said you can't retire until you are 65, they lied to you, retire when you can afford to. The holidays, time and the money to travel, the style of home built where you want it, free of debt. Giving to a cause or charity that is close to your heart, that stirs your emotion because you feel good about giving any amount you want to, this is what EQ is all about, it is the unstoppable power that drives successful people to their full potential.

I am always dumbstruck by the attitude towards Home Based Business. The overwhelming evidence of hearsay, the inexperienced experts that have failed because they did not prepare themselves nor their friends, did they have the right vehicle to pursue their dreams with or did they waste hard earned money in buying a position to gain advantage only to see it evaporate. What guarantee did they get, yes I said GUARANTEE, income guarantees are what makes the difference to any home based business. The reason why most people get interested in the first place is to make money, so how much work do I do and when I do that, what will I earn? Let's get it right! There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme to start with, if your prepared to do the work and follow the system, you will earn the money, the harder and smarter you work the more you can make.
So why do we get the same approach to get your attention, promoters are promising the world on a platter, the Ferrari, the mansion, etc, etc. Like all hungry Oliver's we want more please: In any quality home based business MAKE IT WORK, it is a career with disciplines and commitments. IT is not a lottery ticket. Some of the funny comments I have heard "I joined, when do I get my first check" or "all my friends have tried something like that" Tried what, did they dip the big toe in and give up, would they do that with their 9 to 5 job? Would they front up at work but just hang around and do nothing until pay day.
If someone was prepared to pay up to $500,000 dollars a year, what would one be prepared to do? Because that is the catch everyone is looking for, the scam or whatever a person imagines it to be that will not make this work for them. The trap most people's minds develop is what can go wrong rather than how can they make this work . They are comfortable to stay the same because that's how it's been for years and they feel safe, change has too many risks and it would mean they would have to give up to get up.
In a good home based business there is a support team with their main goal to help the new member succeed, there are successful people coaching for free a system that is proven which will increase the new member's income without risk. Compare that with the cut and thrust of the present situation at a job or general business, how many people would like to see failure so they can take advantage of the situation.
It is unfortunate the average person creates the average statistically, the average house, the average car, the average income etc , so the minute they start thinking above average that creates a fear of not being accepted by their average friends because now they will be different to them, so how do they break away and get their dreams? There are no easy answers but it does boil down to this.
I have listed a simple ten simple questions, would like to give it a go? Be honest with yourself and write down your answers, at the end you can work out your score.

1. Do you want to have financial freedom?
2. Do you want to earn it? and when, date etc.
3. Are you prepared to change the way you think?
4. Are you passionate about your goals?
5. Do you want to help others succeed?
6. Do you want to live the better lifestyle than the people around you?
7. Do you beleive it before you see it?
8. Are you looking for a better deal from life?
9. Are you an emotional person?
10. If you lived your life and failed to reach your dreams would it matter to you?

If you have answered honestly, give yourself 10 points for each YES and 5 points for each NO and zero for unanswered. In my next blog some of the answers to these questions will be expanded.

Constant And Neverending Improvement

We have had to really stretch this month, the realization of the scale of opportunity is exciting, if your into fast cars you could compare it to being put in control of the latest Ferrari with no holds barred, an incredible temptation to let loose but what would be the consequences, so when it's time to relate the experience of the power yet maintain the discipline, how would you put it into words. I have noticed in our personal and business life that because of the our activity, being busy but having balance in our lives, a couple of strange events and encounters have started happening, it's as if people have felt something coming from us, a power of synergy, a bit like the unbridled power and handling of a thoroughbred racing machine, you can managed to gain trust in it because the package is in control.
How we gain balance in our lives is to make sure that you smell the roses, through this business we have been invited to attend travel seminars to some great destinations. In November we are off to Cairns, North Queensland Australia. It is really outstanding that anyone reading this blog could be with us in Cairns too, that's how powerful this program is, so here are some shots of our previous travel seminars and if you would like to know more just drop me a line.

We enjoyed sharing some wonderful times swimming amongst huge groper fish and tropical coral reefs and with some fantastic new friends. The most important point that we learned was none of this would have happened if we had listened to people that did not agree with us to change direction of our lives, we then would be like them, complaining about being in the same place doing the same things.

My message from this post is to seek change, explore the possibilities and guess what your life will be different.

Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes

1st of July came and now I have been online talking to people from all the corners of the world. It has been a steep learning curve which was helped by my involvement with our opening in Malaysia 1997 to 1998. Our work in Malaysia created the link and successful leaders to move into Singapore and now into Hong Kong and the Philippines. At this stage members have taken two paths, one path is to go where no man or woman has gone before with this business opportunity, the second option was to communicate over the web developing solid relationships of trust.
My approach six years ago was to be the pioneer, as in the first path and after 2 years established a substantial business that spans 4 countries. This time however with technology everyone is closer than ever before. The internet has opened up the globe, over the net telephony is made it possible for some me to have 65 international conversations in the past three days, all for free.
